Marcel will be joined by guest chefs Rickie Perez of Logan Oyster Socials, Rodolfo Cuadro of Amaru, and Marcello Florio of Fora, along with Pendry Chicago chefs Felipe Pulido and Heather Rawlinson, to present a thoughtful cocktail hour and four course menu, each course paired with curated wines selected to enhance the menu's flavors.
